My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, despite being on the back side near the freeway, were surprisingly quiet and offered a pleasant view of the courtyard. However, there was a strange smell, possibly dust or smoke, lingering in the room. The location was convenient with easy access to the I-5 and nearby shops and restaurants. The service, overall, was friendly and helpful, though some staff members seemed a bit grumpy. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially when dining on the patio with a view of Mt. Shasta.
